The webinar, to be held on Thursday, May 4 th at 2:00pm Eastern Time, will discuss the Denowatts click
of a button, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited capacity testing service. Notes from a technical review,
conducted by DNV, independent experts in assurance and risk management, will be featured in the
webinar.

Denowatts, a solar performance testing and analytics company, has announced the completion of DNV's
independent technical review and the launch of its 4th generation digital technology. The company's
innovative technology, the Deno Digital Twin Benchmarking technology (DTB), has been evaluated by
DNV and accredited under the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for capacity testing. The company will host a
webinar on May 4th at 2:00 pm Eastern Time to discuss its capacity testing service and showcase the
highlights of the DNV technical review.

The Deno DTB technology, developed by Denowatts, uses wireless and self-powered sensors to
streamline performance measurement. The sensors measure irradiance and temperature and compute
expected power benchmarks to deliver more accurate, faster, and more efficient performance analytics. Its
smaller, simpler design can be deployed in multiple locations throughout PV arrays and at sites where
typical weather stations are not feasible.

Denowatts' 4th generation Deno sensor enhances performance management capabilities and benefits
independent power producers, solar asset owners, and performance engineers. "DNV's review provides a
robust independent review of how our technology paves the way for the solar industry to scale to new
heights using advanced digital technology" says Dan Leary, CEO and Founder of Denowatts.

“The addition of exceptional performance management tools and the first ISO-accredited capacity test
make Denowatts the best value-add service for asset owners who take performance seriously” according
to Matt Murphy, COO of Greenbacker. "We standardize their product on all of our acquisitions, whether
specifying it in new construction or retrofitting it into operational sites" he adds.
